Orders have a processing time of up to 31 days before shipment, depending on our current schedule. We always aim to ship orders as soon as possible. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–4 business days with DHL Express, and tracking details are sent by email. We ship internationally to a wide range of countries. Depending on your country, import duties and customs fees may apply, which are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Our wigs are made from Remy human hair, giving them a natural and realistic look. Each wig is custom cut by us and carefully prepared to match the style shown on the website, while still allowing for personal customisation through styling. We use high-quality lace and lightly bleach the knots to create a natural hairline while maintaining the overall quality of the wig.

Our wigs are available in S/M and M/L sizes, based on head measurements. We recommend measuring your head before ordering to ensure the best fit. The size does not affect how the wig looks, only how it fits. All wigs include adjustable straps and combs to help secure and customize the fit.

Our wigs are designed for everyday wear and can be worn in a variety of situations, including daily activities, warm weather, and more active settings. Whether the wig stays securely in place during activities such as swimming, showering, or sweating mainly depends on the type of adhesive used. For these conditions, a stronger, water-resistant glue is recommended. For day-to-day wear, a lighter adhesive can be used for easier application and removal. The choice of products and routine will depend on your lifestyle and personal preference.

Our wigs are made from human hair and have no fixed expiration date. With frequent wear, they typically last for several months, depending on how often they’re used and how well they’re maintained. With proper care and lighter use, they can last longer. Regular maintenance, gentle handling, and avoiding excessive heat or product buildup will help extend the lifespan and keep the wig looking its best.

Returns and exchanges can be requested within 7 calendar days of receiving your wig. To proceed, please contact us directly so we can assist you with the process.

To be eligible, the wig must be in its original condition (lace uncut, not washed, and with no added products).
