Order processing time
All orders are processed within 31 days. While we always aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, processing times may vary based on order volume and our schedule. Each wig is customised and cut to order, so we kindly ask for your patience as we prepare your piece.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a DHL Express tracking code to follow your delivery.
Delivery times after shipping:
- Europe & UK: 1–2 business days
- Other countries: 2–4 business days
Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, weather, customs, or carrier-related issues.

Import Duties & Taxes
We ship internationally from the Netherlands. Shipping costs shown at checkout cover shipping only and do not include any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Dylan's Wig Closet does not cover, reimburse, or intervene in these charges. Failure to pay them may result in delivery delays, the package being returned, or additional charges. If a shipment is returned to us due to unpaid import duties, taxes, or customs fees, it will be treated as a return and refunded in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Lost or damage package
Once an order has been shipped, any delivery delays, losses, or transit damage must be reported directly to DHL Express. If you require assistance with opening a claim, please contact us at info@dylanswigcloset.com.
If you choose a DHL delivery preference such as leaving the package unattended or with a neighbour, Dylan's Wig Closet cannot be held responsible for any resulting loss or theft.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately and in English at checkout. We are not responsible for shipments delivered to incorrect, incomplete, or untranslated addresses provided by the customer.
